American vegan bake shop ovgo BAKER opens its first street-level store. Crowdfunding begins to complete the bake shop, which is kind to the environment and the future. [2021.04.01]

ovgo BAKER is an American vegan bake shop founded with the theme of "being kind and friendly to ourselves, the environment, and our future." Thanks to the many customers who have tried their cookies, ovgo BAKER has decided to open its first street-front store, ovgo BAKER Edo St., on Saturday, May 15, 2021, on Edo St. in Kodenmacho, Tokyo.

Aiming to create a shop that would be loved for a long time, like one found on a street corner in New York, but in a relaxed atmosphere where people gather, they commissioned the interior design office Tokyo pm. ( http://tokyo-pm.jp/index.html ), which runs the popular PARKER in Yoyogi Park, to design the interior and exterior. The open space will have two large windows, and will include an open kitchen where customers can see the production process, and counter seats that will encourage communication with customers.

The showcase will be lined with freshly baked vegan cookies, as well as scones, muffins, brownies, and more. In addition to coffee, they will also be offering drinks such as smoothies and vegan frappes that can be enjoyed in the summer.

In preparation for the store opening, we will be conducting a crowdfunding campaign on CAMPFIRE from Thursday, April 1st to Friday , May 14th, 2021, to create ovgo BAKER's first American vegan bake shop that is kind to us, those around us, the environment, and our future, in a wonderful space that is no less wonderful than the original New York, and a store that will be loved by our customers for a long time.
