私たちの焼き菓子にとって、一番大切な素材である「小麦」環境負荷を考えて、農薬や化学肥料を使わない国産小麦を探していて出会ったのが、福岡県南部の筑後市にある久保農園が育てる「チクゴイズミ」でした。実は、日本で流通している小麦のうち、国内産はわずか13％しかないことをご存知でしたかか👀さらに、その中で無農薬で栽培された小麦となると、本当に貴重な存在です。
