Our cookies are made entirely from plants, without any dairy products such as eggs or butter, making them vegan and gentle American cookies 🍪🌿
Our food is made with organic, naturally grown or domestically produced ingredients whenever possible, and tastes like something you could eat every day.
We offer three types of cookies in total.
🍪 ORIGINAL Series :
It's so delicious I can't believe it doesn't contain butter!
You'll be hooked on these large, moist and chewy cookies.
🌾OATMEAL Series:
Gluten-free series made with oatmeal and rice flour!
The crunchy texture is addictive, once you start eating it you won't be able to stop!
😊SMILE Series:
For the Smile Cookie series, we took on the challenge of making cookies that do not use eight specific ingredients and 20 items equivalent to specific ingredients!
These cookies have a biscuit-like texture and come in a mini size that even children can eat one by themselves.
It will take about 30 to 40 days for the product to arrive.
All our products are made from plant-based ingredients.

We sell e-gift products that allow you to easily send gifts to people you don't know the address of by email, DM on social media, etc.
🍪 The recipient of the gift does not need to register as a member; they can receive the gift simply by entering their delivery address.

Regarding payment methods, you can use the following:

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email of your order to the email address you registered.

Please note that payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been completed, so please be sure to check when placing your order.
As shipping begins immediately after your order, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the shipping address.
If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, please request Yamato Transport to forward the package based on the tracking information after delivery.
Receipts can be downloaded from "Order History" on your My Page.
We are unable to ship or package these items together with other products.
About product delivery
If the total amount of your order is 3,500 yen or more, shipping is free. If the total amount is less than 3,500 yen, the shipping fee is as follows.
・Tokyo: 350 yen ・Saitama/Chiba/Kanagawa: 400 yen ・Other areas: 600 yen ・Okinawa: 700 yen
If no specific date is set, your order will be shipped within 5 days and delivered within a week.
(For remote islands such as Hokkaido and Okinawa, it may take an additional 1-2 days.)
Delivery dates can be specified from 7 days after the order date.
Unless otherwise specified, your order will be delivered within one week.
(For remote islands such as Hokkaido and Okinawa, it may take an additional 1-2 days.)
We do not offer a service to combine multiple orders with different delivery addresses into one.
Please note.
Regarding specified delivery dates, we will send products with plenty of time to prevent delays. Please rest assured that we will send products with a remaining expiration date according to the specified date.
If your order arrives earlier than the specified date, please contact the shipping company.
Returns and Exchanges
We cannot accept exchanges due to customer convenience.
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is broken or damaged or has other quality issues, we will only accept exchanges.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds.
If you are unable to receive the package within the delivery company's storage period due to absence or other reasons, we will not be able to provide a refund or reshipment.
