This is the first complete renovation since we opened. We've created a "new American muffin" with improved ingredients, aroma, taste, and appearance!

American bake shop ovgo Baker Edo St. will be completely revamping its regular muffin lineup for the first time since opening, and will begin selling the new lineup from Monday, January 5, 2026.

While our long-loved classic "Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffin" remains a staple, we've introduced four new flavors that are sure to lift your spirits at first sight! Available in takeout boxes, these muffins can be enjoyed in a wide variety of situations, from everyday meals to gifts.

With this renewal, we've retained the familiarity and generous volume characteristic of American baked goods, while focusing on visual appeal, ingredient combinations, and above all , the taste and satisfaction you feel the moment you take a bite . The result is a new muffin that is "so rich and satisfying you wouldn't believe it's plant-based."
