Terms of Use (Bulk Orders)
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all relationships between our company and users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who place orders for products from our company via the bulk order inquiry form at the ovgo Baker Online Store (hereinafter referred to as "This Service") in relation to the use of this Service.
- In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish various rules regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"). Regardless of their name, these Individual Provisions constitute part of these Terms.
- If the provisions of these Terms and Conditions conflict with the individual provisions in the preceding paragraph, the individual provisions will take precedence unless otherwise specified in the individual provisions.
Article 2 (Use of the Service and Establishment of a Contract)
- If the user is a minor, consent from a legal guardian is required to use this service.
- If the User is a corporation or other organization, and a member of such corporation or organization (including, but not limited to, shareholders, employees, temporary employees, part-time employees, etc.) makes an application to purchase a product, that member will be deemed to have the authority to make the application on behalf of the corporation or organization.
- A sales contract will be established when a User places an order for a Product with our Company and our Company accepts the order.
Article 3 (Order changes and cancellations)
- After the sales contract has been concluded, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations to your order due to your personal reasons.
- If an order is placed to an area that the shipping company determines cannot be delivered to, the order may be canceled even after the purchase contract has been concluded.
- If the shipping company determines that delivery is not possible to some of the multiple delivery addresses, only the order for that address will be cancelled.
- In the case of paragraph 2 or 3, we will refund the product price and shipping costs to the user (in the case of partial cancellation, only the cancelled part).
- In the case of paragraph 2 or 3, the Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User.
Article 4 (Returns and exchanges of products)
- Returns and exchanges due to user convenience cannot be accepted.
- If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is broken or damaged or has other quality issues, we will accept exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds.
Article 5 (Shipping Fees)
Users must pay the shipping fee required for delivery of the product, in addition to the product price. For details on the shipping fee, please refer to "Frequently Asked Questions."
Article 6 (Payment Method)
The User shall pay the product price and the shipping fee described in the previous article by the payment method specified by our company. We cannot accept purchases using any payment method other than the payment method specified by our company.
Article 7 (Shipping of Products)
- The Company will ship the product after confirming the User's payment as described in the previous article.
- Regarding the shipping of products, Users shall follow the details provided by the Company individually and agree in advance to the following items:
・Shipping times may vary depending on the product you order.
- Even if the product is the same, it may be shipped in multiple packages due to packaging etc., and there may be slight differences in shipping times.
・If you have a desired delivery date, etc., you must request this in advance.
Depending on the product you order, we may not be able to deliver it on the desired delivery date.
- We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to traffic conditions or weather conditions during delivery, or for deterioration of products due to delays in collection by the delivery company.
- Ownership of all products purchased through the Service will be transferred to the User when the Company hands the products over to the delivery company, regardless of the payment method or delivery method.
Article 8 (Prohibition of Resale, etc.)
Unless the Company has given prior written consent, the User is prohibited from wholesale, retail, or resale to third parties, listing on an auction site, providing purchased products for promotions of companies or organizations, or for prize/gift campaigns, or purchasing products for other profit-making purposes. Article 9 (Prohibitions)
When using this service, users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts.

Article 10 (Suspension of provision of the Service, etc.)

Article 11 (Restrictions on Use)
- If a User falls under any of the following categories, the Company may restrict the User's use of all or part of the Service without prior notice.

Notwithstanding the preceding article, if the user is a consumer under the Consumer Contract Act, the Company shall compensate for damages caused by a breach of contract or tort caused by the Company's (including its representatives and those employed by the Company) willful or negligent act. However, even if the Company is liable for compensation for damages, if the Company (including its representatives and those employed by the Company) is not willful or grossly negligent, the Company shall only compensate for ordinary damages actually incurred by the user, up to the amount of the payment received from the user for the transaction that caused the damages.
- The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, disputes, etc. that arise between a user and another user or a third party in relation to the Service.
- The product images shown may differ slightly from the actual product in terms of color, size, etc. due to screen settings and photographic techniques.
Article 13 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
We reserve the right to change the content of the Service or to discontinue provision of the Service without prior notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User as a result thereof.
Article 14 (Changes to Terms of Use)
