We would like to inform you about the operating schedules for each store and our online store during the year-end and New Year holidays.

We would appreciate it if you could check in advance before visiting or using our services.

★ovgo Baker Edo St. (Kodenmacho store)

Last business day of the year: December 28, 2025 (Sunday) 10:00–18:00

New Year's business reopening date: January 5th, 2026 (Monday) 9:00–19:00

✅Starting January 2026, we will be open daily from 9:00 AM.✅ Our morning menu will be suspended from December 24th onwards.

Last business day of the year: Wednesday, December 31, 2025, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

New Year's business reopening date: January 1st, 2026 (Thursday, public holiday) 11:00–18:00

Last business day of the year: December 30, 2025 (Tuesday) 11:00–19:00

New Year's business reopening date: January 3rd, 2026 (Saturday) 11:00–19:00

✅We will be operating with reduced hours on January 4th as well.

★ovgo Baker Cookie Factory Shop (Jimbocho: Direct Sales Store)

Last business day of the year: Wednesday, December 31, 2025, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

New Year's business reopening date: January 3rd, 2026 (Saturday) 9:00–18:00

★ovgo Baker Online Store (Online Store)

Online orders will be accepted as usual throughout the New Year's holiday period.
However, we will be closed for inquiries during the following period.

Inquiry Service Closure Period: December 27, 2025 (Sat) - January 4, 2026 (Sun)

✅Inquiries received during our closure period will be handled sequentially starting January 5th.
✅Regarding shipping, we will begin processing orders sequentially from January 3rd onwards, but please understand that it may take longer than usual.
